Amid tears and sobs, Pulwama militant laid to rest

SRINAGAR, FEB 19 (PTK): Thousands of people attended funeral prayers of slain Jaish-e-Mohammad militant Hilal Ahmad Naiko in Pingleena village of Pulwama who was killed yesterday in a 17-hour long gunfight with security forces.

Slain Hilal Ahmad naiko along with two Pakistani associates was killed yesterday in a gunfight in Pingleena area of Pulwama .

Eyewitnesses told News agency Press Trust of Kashmir that thousands of people including women and children participated in his funeral prayers of Naiko.

People were seen chanting pro-Jaish and pro-Zakir Musa slogans. People from different localities of Pulwama were seen rushing towards the native village of slain Hilal.

His funeral was attended multiple times. (PTK)
