All shops except selling essential commodities to remain closed in Ganderbal on sunday:- DM Ganderbal

SRINAGAR  JUNE(PTK)All shops to remain closed in Ganderbal district except those selling essential selling essential commodities.

An order issued by district magistrate Ganderbal reads, “In continuation to this affice order issued Vide No: ADMGBLPS/2020231
243 dated: 20/05/2020,1 Shafqat lgbal (KAS), District Magistrate Ganderbal
exercise of powers vested in me under the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897, the
Disaster Management Act, 2005 and under Section 144 CrPc, do hereby order
that:

All the markets in Ganderbal shall remain closed on Sundays except the shops seling Essential commodities till further orders.

The Police aunhorties Executve Magistrates /Incident Commanders shall enforce the order in their respective areas of jurisdiction fortwith, order further reads adding that, any violation of this order by any person shall invite action,”.(PTK)
