Manpower Allocation in Pulwama Schools: JKTF District President Irfan Nazir Calls for Judicial Use

Pulwama: In a recent development, Irfan Nazir, the District President of Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum in Pulwama, has demanded a more judicial use of manpower in primary, middle, high, and higher secondary schools within the district.
In a statement issued to Press Trust of Kashmir, Irfan expressed concerns over the uneven distribution of staff, with some schools facing a shortage while others have an excess of personnel.
He urged cluster heads to take immediate action in streamlining the allocation of manpower in these educational institutions. Furthermore, he called for the intervention of the Chief Education Officer (CEO) of Pulwama to address this pressing issue.
“The demand for a balanced distribution of manpower aims to ensure optimal utilization of resources and improve the overall educational experience for students in Pulwama district,” Irfan Nazir said.
