Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Pakistan Prepares for Crucial Meeting to Sight Ramadan Moon on March 11

The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee (RHC) is gearing up for a crucial meeting scheduled for March 11 in Peshawar. This gathering aims to sight the Ramadan moon on the evening of March 11, marking a pivotal moment for Muslims worldwide

Under the leadership of Maulana Abdul Khabeer Azad, the committee will convene post-Asr prayers to deliberate on the moon sighting reports. Additionally, zonal committees across the country will gather in their respective regions to contribute to the assessment process.

The outcome of these deliberations carries significant weight, as it will determine the commencement of the holy month. If the crescent is sighted, Ramadan will begin on March 12, marking the start of a period observed with reverence and spiritual devotion by Muslims globally.

The anticipation extends beyond Pakistan’s borders, with Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates urging their citizens to participate in the search for the Ramadan moon on March 10.
