Lt Governor Ladakh inspects work progress of Zojila Tunnel in Kargil

LADAKH (PTK), Lieutenant Governor (Ladakh) BD Mishra inspected the construction progress of Zoji-La Tunnel in Kargil Eastern Portal on Tuesday

According to news agency Press Trust of Kashmir, the project with 6 km completed out of 13.145 km, is on track for timely completion by Sept 2026.

LG also inquired about the wellbeing of the labours and directed SP Kargil to ensure that the grievances regarded delay in payment of wages is strictly dealt with as per law in a time-bound manner.(PTK)
