Body recovered from Jehleum in Srinagar

Srinagar (PTK):- Body of missing youth from Budgam was recovered from river Jhelum near cement bridge in Qamarwari area of Srinagar on Thursday.

An official said that the body was recovered from the Jhelum following which it was shifted to GMC for postmortem and other medico-legal formalities.

He said body is said to be the of the youth from Budgam who jumped into river Jehleum on 15 Feb.

He said that his family has been called for identification and further investigation has been taken up.(PTK)
