Two JeM militants killed in Yedipora Pattan encounter

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR SEP 30:- Two JeM militants have been killed in an encounter that broke out between security forces and militants in Yedipora Pattan area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district, officials said on Friday.
An official said that a joint of team of police and CRPF after receiving information about the presence of militants launched search operation in the area.
He said that as the joint team of forces intensified searches towards suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon the party, which was retaliated, thus triggering an encounter.

He said that during exchange of fire, two militants affiliated with JeM have been killed so far while as search operation is on in the area
