Zonal level debate, singing competitions held in Udhampur

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR UDHAMPUR, AUGUST 02: As desired by the Higher Authorities in connection with AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV, a Zonal level Essay Writing and Debate competition was organized today at Government City High School Lambi Gali Udhampur.

A singing competition based on Patriotic songs was also organized at Girls High School Udhampur.

These competitions were organized under the guidance of Chief Education Officer Udhampur, Arvin Kumar Koul.

ZEO Udhampur, Bharat Bhushan ZEPO Udhampur, Rajesh Sharma Headmasters, Nek Ram and Priya Mengi and  Zonal in-charge Cultural Cell Zone Udhampur, Rinku Khanna organized these functions with collaboration of staff members of various institutions.

Khushi Sharma 12th class student from Girls HSS Udhampur was declared winner in singing competition, while Suhani Bhardwaj 12th class student from Government HSS Garhi was declared winner in Essay writing competition and Payal 11th class student from Government HSS Krimachi was declared winner in Debate Competition. These three students will participate at district level competition.
