ADDC constitutes teams for distribution of National Flags

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR DODA, JULY 29: Additional District Development Commissioner, Doda Pran Singh, who has been designated as Chairman Committee for the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign, today chaired a meeting to discuss the arrangements for the event being conducted from August 11 to August.

The meeting was attended by ACD Doda, AC Panchayat, ARTO Doda, EO MC Doda, and other concerned officials.

 The ADDC directed the officers to assess the approximate requirement of flags for hoisting on Institutional and Residential buildings across the district.

The ARTO Doda to conduct a meeting with the Presidents of Transport association and motivate them to take part in the campaign. The AC Panchayat was directed to constitute teams for distribution and collection of the National Flag.

The ADDC said that the programme aims at invoking a feeling of patriotism in the hearts of people and promote a sense of respect for the symbols of Independence.

While finalising the arrangements, the Assistant Commissioner Panchayat Doda was entrusted with the responsibility for implementation of the campaign in coordination with all departments and PRIs.
