Two militants killed in Shopian Gunfight : Police

Shopian, 25 Feb (PTK) : Two unidentified militants were killed in an encounter with security forces in Amshipora area in south Kashmir’s Shopian district on friday morning .

An official told Press Trust Of Kashmir (PTK) that two unidentified militants were killed in a gunfight at Amshipora area of Shopian district, their identity and affiliation is being ascertained, while as the search operation is going on in the area, he adds.

“#ShopianEncounterUpdate: 02 #militants killed. Indiscriminate material including Arms and ammunition recovered. Search going on. Further details shall follow. @JmuKmrPolice.” Kashmir police zone tweeted. (PTK)
