Militants attack forces ROP party in South kashmir, two army men injured

Srinagar Jan 27 (PTK): Militants attacked Road opening party of 24 RR on National highway near kulgam, resulting in injuries to soliders,official sources said.

They said a ROP of 24 RR was attacked by militants on national highway-44, which resulted in injuries to two army men, they said adding security forces present in the area also retaliated but the militants managed to escape.

They said injured persons have been shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.

Later, security forces and police personnel rushed from nearby camps and police station immediately sealed the area and launched a massive search operation against the militants. (PTK)
