Tehsil office Fire incident: Bandipora admin orders probe

Bandipora, 07 Dec (PTK)  The Bandipora district administration on Monday ordered an enquiry into the fire incident that damaged Tehsil Office Bandipora last weekend.
A four member committee headed by Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR) Bandipora with District Statistical and Evolution Officer Bandipora, BDO Aloosa Dr Bashir Ahmad and DySP Dr Bpr as its members has been constituted to probe the matter and submit the report within ten days. A formal order has been issued on Monday.
Meanwhile the Deputy Commissioner Bandipora visited the Tehsil Office Bandipora which was damaged due a fire incident on Saturday evening. He was accompanied by ADDC, ACR, Executive Engineer R&B and all the officers of revenue department. While taking stock of damage caused by the fire, DC Bandipora appreciated the efforts of Revenue Officers for risking their lives to save the official record.(PTK)
