Infant’s body recovered in Rajouri Darhal

Jammu September 05 (PTK) Body of a newly born baby was recovered in Dodaj village of Rajouri Darhal after which police have started investigation into the matter.

A police officer informed that locals from Dodaj saw body of an infant (girl baby) lying in the area on Friday after which police was informed and body was taken into possession by team of police from Darhal police station.

” Medico-legal formalities including genetic sampling has been done in civil hospital and a case under relevant sections of law have been registered with SDPO Thanamandi Sajjad Khan is heading the investigation.” officer said.(PTK)
