AGS students visit JAKLI Centre

Srinagar July 2(PTK)An educational and motivational tour was organized today for the students of Army GoodWill School (AGS) Hanjik to Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry Regimental Centre here with an aim to introduce the students to the state of the art facilities and rich heritage of the premium Army training centre of the country.

Officials said over 50 students and faculty members visited the Training Centre where they were briefed on the historical back ground of the Centre and shown the training facilities available in the institution.

“The students were enthralled with the educational visit which provided them an insight in to the Army life and even motivated some of them to join the privileged career in Indian Army,” he said.

The students who meeted officers and watched movies expressed that such experiences help in kindling the ambition and motivation(PTK)
