70 year old lady from Sopore dies at SMHS, toll reaches to 92

Srinagar June 27(PTK)A 70 year old lady from Sopore who died at SMHS on Friday evening was tested positive for Covid-19 on Saturday.

Dr Nazir Choudary, Medical Superintendent at SMHS said that a 70 year old lady from Sopore who was admitted on 25 June at SMHS died on 26th of June.

Her sample was taken which was tested posted after her death, he said, adding that she was patient of COPD and was also suffering from pneumonia.

With her death, the death toll in J&k due to Covid-19 has reached to 92 including 81 from Kashmir division and 11 from Jammu division(PTK)
