291 new COVID positive cases reported in J&K, tally moves to 119344

Death toll rises 1860 with 07 new deaths.

Srinagar 24 Dec: (PTK) Jammu and Kashmir today reported 291 fresh positive cases of COVID and 07 new deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 119344.

These cases include 144 from Jammu division and 147 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.

The details mentioned that Three more COVID patients died in Kashmir valley while Four from Jammu also died taking the death toll to 1860 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 66 cases were reported from Srinagar, 07 from Baramulla, 22 from Budgam, 18 from Pulwama, 12 from Kupwara, 03 from Anantnag while Bandipora reported 03, Ganderbal 04 , Kulgam 04 ,Shopian 08, Jammu 94, Rajouri 08 , Udhampur 09, Doda 03, Kathua 08, Samba 08, Kishtwar 03, poonch 01, Reasi 04, and Ramban 06

Moreover, they said, 299 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 160 from Jammu division and 139 from Kashmir division. (PTK)
