14-year-old girl drowned to death in shopian

Press Trust of Kashmir | Shopian :- A 14-year-old girl was drowned to death in Nalla Vishow in Reshinagri area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district.

An official said that a minor girl identified as Mafrosha Mushtaq daughter of Mushtaq Ahmad Reshie resident of Reshinagri Shopian drowned in Nallah Vishow in her locality.

He said that locals tried to rescue her but failed and after continuous efforts of locals as well as police, her dead body was retrieved from the Nallah.

He added that further investigation under what conditions she drowned has been taken up.(PTK).
