126 new COVID positive cases reported in J&K, tally moves to 123343

Death toll rises 1921 with no new deaths

Bandipora, Doda, Kishtwar and Reasi reports no new cases.

Srinagar  January 17 (PTK) Jammu and Kashmir today reported 126 fresh positive cases of COVID and 01 new deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 123343.

These cases include 61 from Jammu division and 65 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.

The details mentioned that Kashmir valley and Jammu division reports no new death, taking the death toll to 1921 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 34 cases were reported from Srinagar, 04 from Baramulla, 07 from Budgam , 05 from Kupwara, 04 from Pulwama, 04 from Anantnag , while Ganderbal 04, Kulgam 01, Shopian 02, Jammu 48, Udhampur 01, Rajouri 01, Kathua 02, Samba 02, Poonch 06 and Ramban 01.

Moreover, they said, 182 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 133 from Jammu division and 49 from Kashmir division. (PTK)
