Youth killed, many injured during clashes over land dispute in Kokernag

SRINAGAR  JULY (PTK) A person was killed and many others were injured during clashes over a land dispute in Guhnoo area of vailoo in kokernag of district Anantnag of Jammu Kashmir on Thursday .

Sources said that a feud between two groups turned violent resulting in the death of a person, while as many other were injured.

The deceased has been identified as Ishfaq Ahmad sheikh, a resident of Guhnoo vailoo.

Upon contacting the police, a police official told said that an FIR has been lodged into the incident and further investigation has been started.

“The body of the deceased person has been handed over to the family for last rites”, he said.(PTK)
