Two sisters die after Ambulance turns turtle in Qazigund

Qazigund September 26 (PTK) An ambulance bearing registration No. PB 02 BY 1387 driven by Umer Jehangir S/O Mohd Jehangir R/O Dangyar, Jammu turned turtle at Nipora, Qazigund.

The Ambulance was carrying two ladies identified Haji Maryam sheikh and Zareena Shiekh D’s/O Gh Mohd Shiekh R/O Sangra Bata Kashtwar, both COVID positive.

According to PTK, An official said that that the cause of accident has been asserted as over-speeding, causing the death of both the patients in the ambulance.

The dead body of one of one lady is at vessu hospital and another body at District Hospital, Anantanag.

A Case has been registered and investigation taken up.(PTK)
