Two militants killed in Pulwama encounter, ops on,

Pulwama Dec, 09 (PTK) 02 militants belonging to Al-Badr were killed and a civilian was injured in an Encounter in Tiken area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday

An official said that 02 militant have been killed in an ongoing gunfight, however identity of the slain militant couldn’t be established yet.

Official further said that a civilian was also injured during exchange of firing, he was immediately shifted to nearby hospital for treatment and is said to be stable.

Pertinently 200 militants have been killed so far this year in Kashmir Division.

Earlier, an official said that a joint team of Police, Army’s 55 RR and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation in Tiken on specific information.(PTK)
