Two Men Arrested for Eve Teasing and Molestation in Pulwama: Police

Srinagar, July 13: Police have arrested two individuals involved in an incident of eve teasing and molestation in Pulwama district.

In an official statement, the police reported that Pulwama Police Station received a written complaint from a female victim (name withheld) concerning the incident.

Acting swiftly, a case under FIR No. 132/24 U/S 75(1) BNS was registered at Pulwama Police Station. The accused, identified as Shahid Bilal Bhat, son of Bilal Ahmad Bhat from Pinglena, and Shayan Rasool, son of Gh Rasool Reshi from Dugam Kakapora, were promptly arrested.

The investigation is ongoing to gather all necessary evidence and ensure justice for the victim, the police stated.
