Truck crushes 8-year-old girl to death in Ganderbal

Ganderbal Aug 20 (PTK) An eight year old minor girl was crushed to death by a speedy truck in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday afternoon.

An official said that an 8-year-old girl identified as Adiya Bano, daughter of Mohammad Anwar Paswal was hit and critically injured by a speedy truck bearing Registration Number JK01A 2124 at Ganiwan area in Ganderbal district.

She was taken to nearby hospital for treatment where doctors declared her brought dead, he said.

Meanwhile, police has taken cognizance of the incident and registered a case in this regard besides starting further investigation.(PTK)
