Train crushes woman to death in Qazigund

Srinagar May 27 (PTK)  A middle age woman was crushed to death after being hit by a train in Qazigund area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Friday

An official said that while crossing railway track train hitted woman identified as Fameeda Banoo (50) wife of Bashir Ahmad Khanday, a resident of Wanpora Panzath at Drinan-Dawlat

He said in the incident lady received critical injuries and succumbed before reaching to hospital.

He added that body has been taken for postmortem and will be handed over to family after all legal-medico formalities. (PTK)
