Srinagar, 23 Oct (PTK):Three members of a nomad family dies and another rescued in critical condition after they came under debris of a landslide triggered by incessant rains in Noorpora Tral area in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district here on Saturday afternoon.

Official sources told Press Trust Of Kashmir that a makeshift tent of nomad family came under debris of a landslide triggered by incessant rains in noorpora area of tral.

Soon after receiving the information, a police team rushed towards the spot and launched a rescue operation, he said, adding that after hectic efforts by police and locals the nomad family were rescued from debris in critical condition and were immediately taken to nearby hospital for advanced treatment where three among them succumbed to injuries , he adds .

The condition of another person is said to be critical, official adds. (PTK).
