Teenage Boy Dies of Electrocution in Baramulla

Baramulla, Aug 27: A tragic incident occurred in the Kanispora area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district this evening, as a teenage boy lost his life due to electrocution while repairing an electrical appliance at his home.
The victim, identified as Amir Ahmad Khan, son of Mohd Yousuf Khan, a resident of Kanispora, was reportedly attempting to fix an electrical device when he received a fatal electric shock. He was immediately rushed to GMC Baramulla for medical assistance. However, upon arrival, the doctors declared him dead.
Local authorities confirmed that the body would be handed over to the family after the completion of medico-legal formalities. The police have launched an investigation into the incident to determine the exact circumstances leading to the unfortunate accident.
This incident has cast a pall of gloom over the local community, where the young boy’s sudden demise has left his family and neighbors in deep mourning.
