Teachers day celebrated at Army Goodwill school Margund

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR GANDERBAL SEP 05 : Teacher’s Day was celebrated with usual vigour and enthusiasm at the premises of Army Goodwill slaschool Margund in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
The officials of Army and other dignitaries of the village were among the Guest on the occasion.
During the program students performed a scintillating cultural show to denote their love, respect, acknowledgement and recognition of the hard work put in by the teachers towards their development. The cultural show incorporated poems, songs, dance.

Students while highlighting the role of teachers, said that teachers’ play an influential and a significant role to shape up the future of their students in their formative years.
They said that teachers as “beacons of light” who with their guidance have the power to mould and shape the future of their students.
They said teachers are the founders who shape responsible and civilized citizens for the society.
The programme concluded with Principal’s address. Principal extended his heartfelt thanks to all students on behalf of staff and thanked all the teachers for their diligence, sincerity and hardwork.
