Lt Gen KJS Dhillon in his message for Taliban over Kashmir issue said that anyone who enters Kashmir will not go back alive.

He said that a lot has been said and lot has recommended over it but our message is clear no one will be allowed to disrupt peace in Kashmir.

Our message is very clear on counter terrorism, anyone who enters kashmir valley will not back alive, he said.(PTK).
