Scooty rider killed after vehicle hits him in In budgam

A Scooty rider was killed after being hit by a speedy vehicle in Patlibagh area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Sunday, reports

The deceased has been identified as Ali Mohammad Khan, son of Ghulam Hussain Khan, died on spot after collision between scooty and vehicle.

Meanwhile, official confermed to news agency Press Trust of Kashmir that, the death of a pedestrian in the incident and said a case under relevant sections of law has been registered.

He further said that the driver of the vehicle was arrested; the vehicle was also seized.

He also said further investigation into the case is going on.
