Restrictions implement in Nagbal-Pandach Ganderbal

GANDERBAL JULY(PTK) Whereas, In view of fresh COVID-19 Positive Cases from Warphoo and its adjoining areas of Tehsil Ganderbal and in order to contain the further spread of COVID-19(Corona Virus) Muqdam Mohalla/New Colony Warphoo Tehsil Ganderbal has been declared as Red Zones and other areas of Warphoo as Buffer Zones vide this office order under reference;and Whereas it has been reported that many villagers/residents of the Red Zones & Buffer Zones throng to the Nagbal-Pandach market unnecessarily and violate the SOPs/adversories in vogue and Whereas, this office has also learnt that there is influx of people coming from Red Zone district(s) to district Ganderbal via Nagbal-Pandach entry point.

Whereas, it is possible that the people from Red Districts/Red Zones might contact with many persons belonging to Nagbal-Pandach Zone and its adjoining areas and as such the Ganderbal residents may become more susceptible of COVID -19;and

Whereas, it has been felt expedient to break further transmission of COVID 19 and has become imperative to take stringent precautionary measures by restricting the movement at Nagbal-Pandach Crossing (Entry-Exit Point) and closing the Nagbal-Pandach Market till further orders,

Therefore, in view of above, I Shafqat Iqbal (KAS), District Magistrate Ganderbal, in exercise of powers vested in me under the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897, the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and under Section 144 CrPc, do hereby order as follows:

1) That all shops/business establishments barring medical shops of Nagbal Pandach market, Ganderbal shall remain closed till further orders.

2) That there shall be restricted inward or outward movement of any person(s) from the Red Zone(s)/Red Districts via Nagbal-Pandach Crossing (Entry-Exit Point) to district Ganderbal till further orders.

Any person(s)/group(s)/institution(s) found violating the directions contained herein this order shall be booked under the provisions of relevant act/rule/law.

Tehsildar Ganderbal /Naib Tehsildar Ganderbal/BDO Ganderbal /SHO P/S Ganderbal/DO P/S Nagbal shall ensure the implementation of abo instructions in letter & spirit.(PTK)
