SRINAGAR (PTK) :-Amid the escalating tension within the Jammu and Kashmir Congress and putting days of speculation to rest,

former minister Raman Bhalla was appointed the J&K Pradesh Congress Committee chief on Thursday with immediate effect.

According to statement issued to Press trust of Kashmir(PTK) said that Congress President has approved the proposal of the appointment of Shri Raman Bhalla as Working President ofJammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee with
