PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 26: Senior IAS officer H. Rajesh Prasad today assumed charge as Principal Secretary Power Development Department here at Civil Secretariat.
After assuming office, Prasad held an introductory meeting with senior officers and discussed various functions of the department.
