Prime Minister to Inaugurate Major Development Projects in J&K

In a significant boost to Jammu and Kashmir’s development, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha announced that the Prime Minister will inaugurate 84 developmental projects worth over Rs. 1,500 crores today. These projects span various sectors aimed at improving the region’s infrastructure and public services.

 

Additionally, the Prime Minister will unveil initiatives valued at Rs. 1,800 crores aimed at enhancing the Agriculture and Allied Sectors. These projects are expected to revolutionize agricultural practices, improve productivity, and benefit local farmers.

 

In a move to bolster employment, over 2,000 individuals will receive appointment letters for positions in government service. This initiative is part of the ongoing efforts to provide job opportunities and stabilize the region’s economy.

 

These announcements mark a significant step forward in Jammu and Kashmir’s development trajectory, promising substantial improvements in infrastructure, agriculture, and employment.
