Pregnant lady found dead at her house in Banihal, police has taken cognizance

Press Trust of Kashmir | Banihal : Today on 23-09-2021 at about 8:30 am PS Banihal received an information from reliable sources that one pregnant lady namely Zubaida Begum W/O Mohd saleem kumar R/O Darshipora Banihal was found lying in a pool of blood with a slit throat at her home at Darshipora. Consequently a police team from PS Banihal was immediately dispatched and SDPO Banihal along with SHO Banihal reached the spot.

Sensing some mischief PS Banihal has taken cognizance in this regard and a case FIR No. 171/2021 U/S 302 IPC has been registered at PS banihal. The investigation is underway and all possible angles are being explored to find if any foul play has happened.(PTK).
