PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR JAMMU, NOVEMBER 10: Chief Engineer (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu has informed that the power supply to Billawar, Mandali, Phinter, Parnalla, Baddu, Sukrala, Kattal, Najot Macheddi, Lohai, Malhar, Kudhetar, Tandi, Sadotra and adjoining areas shall remain affected on November 11 from 9 am to 1 pm.
