Post office employee found hanging at rented residence in Qazigund

Srinagar, May 15(PTK):– A man from Kund belt of Kulgam district found hanging in Qazigund area of Southern kashmir on Saturday.

An official told that a man namely Shabir Ahmad Naikoo(35) son of Sonaullah Naikoo resident of Waripora kund Kulgam was found hanging at upper Bazar Qazigund.

He said that the man was working in post office on contract basis.

He added that the man was residing on rent basis at Qazigund in house of Gh Ahmad Mir son of Abdul Salam Mir resident of Chaimullah from 25 November last year.

A police officer said that it is premature to say whether it is suicide or murder, however, investigation in this regard has been taken up.(PTK)
