Police organises cultural programme as a part of “Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign” in Bandipora
Press Trust Of Kashmir August 12: As a part of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” and “Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign” Police in Bandipora have organised a cultural programme at Space Age Model Higher Secondary School Kaloosa Bandipora to mark the 76th year of India’s Independence.
On the occasion, ASP Bandipora Shri Ashiq Hussain Tak-JKPS was the chief guest. The event was attended by DySP Hqrs Bandipora, DySP DAR Bandipora and other officers of Police, civil administration, management of Space Age Model Higher Secondary School and students.

While speaking on the occasion, ASP Bandipora encouraged the students to hoist the National flag at their homes which inculcate in them a sense of nationalism and love for their country. He further said that the freedom has been achieved after great sacrifice and hardships faced by our freedom fighters and we have to take a lead in order to take our country even stronger.
At the end of cultural programme, a prize distribution ceremony was held and prizes/appreciation certificates were distributed among the winners and participants.
