Police Attached Property of Drug Peddler in South Kashmir’s Kulgam

SRINAGAR : Police on Friday attached an property of another drug peddler in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Police officials told the news agency Press Trust of Kashmir that, the property comprising a house on 916sq ft situated at Hergam Mohalla Nipora Mirbazar,House has been attached under Section 68F(2) of NDPS Act 1985.
The accused drug peddler, whose property was attached, has been identified as Nisar Ahmad khanday son Bashir Ahmad khanday, a resident of Nipora mirbazar Kulgam.
It is pertinent to mention that an immovable property, a double-storied residential house, of another drug peddler was attached in January in Kulgam under 68F(2) of NDPS Act 1985. (PTK)
