Srinagar December  08 (PTK) Peer Ki Gali, located on the historic Mughal Road, has recently received fresh snowfall, leading to the closure of the road. The Mughal Road serves as a vital link between the Kashmir Valley and the Rajouri and Poonch districts of Jammu and Kashmir. The heavy snowfall has caused authorities to suspend vehicular traffic due to safety concerns, including slippery conditions and the potential for avalanches or falling rocks.
