One unidentified militant killed in Srinagar

Srinagar Dec 30 (PTK) :One militants have been killed in a clash with security forces in Lawaypora area of Srinagar outskirts.

As per the reports that have poured in to PTK, one militants who are yet to be identified have been killed during the clash while there has been no damage from security forces side and it’s believed that one more militant is still hiding in the area

The clash between militants and security forces occurred this evening after joint team of security forces that includes 02 Rashtriya Rifles of Indian Army and Special Operation Group of Jammu and Kashmir Police went close to the place where the militants were believed to be hiding

The militants hiding fired indiscriminately upon the forces to with security forces responded in a same way. During the exchange of bullets, forces managed to kill one militant

A Police official has confirmed the killing of one militants. Moreover, the operation is still on on the area. (PTK)
