Non-local resident found dead in Anantnag Village

Anantnag, 22 Oct (PTK): A non-local resident was found dead under mysterious conditions in Janglatmandi area of South kashmir’s Anantnag district on friday afternoon.

Reports reaching press trust of Kashmir (PTK) that some locals of janglatmandi area spotted a body of non-local resident near Shamshan Gath Bilal Colony of Anantnag area and accordingly informed the concerned police about it.

Soon after receiving the information, a team of police reached to the spot and taken the dead body to nearby hospital for medico legal formalities.

An official confirmed that the body has been recovered with head injury and taken to nearby hospital to ascertain the actual cause of death, further investigation has been taken up in this regard, he adds. (PTK)
