Newborn baby found dead in washroom of SDH Sopore Police starts investigation

Srinagar January, 18 (PTK) A new born baby was found abandoned in sub district hospital Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday.

An official said that an unidentified woman delivered a female baby and left it abandoned in the washroom of the hospital.

He said that her parents were not found as of now following which investigation has been taken up.

He said that efforts are on trace the parents of the baby.

Meanwhile, police has registered a case and started investigation. (PTK)
