Mukhtar Waza detained, Put under detention

Islamabad (Ang),January 4: Police on Friday arrested Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza near Pazalpora area of Bijbehra,when he was on way to Jamia Masjid Srinagar to participate in Youm_e taqadus program. Waza was later shifted and lodged in Police Post Khanabal Islamabad.

Party Spokesman has strongly condemned the arrest of party chairman and has termed it as sheer political vengeance.
