A passion for painting arose in his heart. The said child, now eleven years old, has to this day painted pictures of dozens of animals, mountains and humans, as well as leading figures.
Whoever sits in front of this child, he immediately makes a picture of that person, his family members said.
“Among the prominent personalities painted by the child are: Lata Mangeshkar, Bhagat Singh, Allama Sir Muhammad Iqbal, William Shakespeare, Maulana Tariq Jameel, Mahatma Gandhi and former President of India APJ Abdul Kalam,” they said.
In addition, he has painted the pictures of many other leading personalities.
Jasir told News Agency Press Trust of Kashmir-PTK, that he suddenly became interested in painting and first he drew a picture of a lion, then the series went on and he continued to draw, while he continued his studies as well.
He said that I study well and that is why I don’t get scolded at home for focusing on painting a lot.
Although my mother is a housewife, she has never stopped me from this hobby of painting but she has provided me everything I need for painting, he said.
The boy added that when he started painting at school five years ago, he used to do it secretly, for which he was scolded at school.
He said that although there are no facilities for painting in the school, but I believe that facilities for such things should be made available in every school, so that the dreams of children like me can be fulfilled.:-PTK.
