Media men thrashing:- DGP takes cognizance
Press Trust of Kashmir | Srinagar : Director General of Police Dilbagh Singh has taken cognizance of the issue of Thrashing media persons in Srinagar.
J&K police in a tweet said that singh has taken serious note of undesirable behaviour with some media men in Srinagar.
He directed SSP Srinagar to take action against the erring police officer.

“DGP J&K Sh Dilbag Singh takes serious view of undesirable behaviour with some media men in Srinagar yesterday. SSP Srinagar directed to take immediate action against the erring police officer.” J&K police tweeted.

On Tuesday media men were thrashed in Srinagar while they were displaying professional duties as they were covering muharram procession,(PTK).
