M.Tech student from Ganderbal among two militants killed in Shopian

SRINAGAR: Security forces killed two militants in an exchange of fire in Imam Sahib area of Shopian district in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday.

The surrounding area has been cordoned off and the search operation is underway to flush out any remaining militants.

According to the media report one of the two militants killed in a brief shootout with government forces in Imam Sahib area of Shopian district on Saturday was a student of M.Tech and had joined militant ranks only a couple of days back. (PTK)
