Leopard killed by locals after injuring a person in Pulwama Village

Srinagar Feb, 24 (PTK) A leopard was killed by locals after it injured one person in Pathan village of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday.

Locals said that a leopard attacked a local namely Bilal Ahmad from Pathan Pulwama after which he was shifted to hospital for the treatment.

The locals subsequently attacked and killed the leopard on Wednesday afternoon, they said.

Wildlife Warden Division Shopian Suhail Intesar said that a leopard has been killed in retialation by locals after it attacked locals. (PTK)
