Kashmir Valley reports 2nd covid-19 death in a day, toll reaches to 55

SRINAGAR  JUNE(PTK)Kashmir Valley on Saturday reported second death due to covid-19 after a 60-year-old resident from Shopian died at SMHS hospital.

Officials from SMHS said that the patient was admitted on June 11 and his swab sample was taken the next day.

He was tested positive later, he said, adding that patient was suffering from bilateral pneumonia and died on Saturday.

With his death, the death toll in J&K has reached to 55.(PTK)
