Kangan police asks public to follow covid SOPs

Ganderbal April 19 (PTK) Amid a surge in Covid-19 cases, Kangan police asked the public to take adequate precautions, maintain social distancing and wear N-95 or 3-ply surgical masks to protect themselves.
Police team headed by SDPO Kangan Syed Yasir, SHO Kangan Aftab Ahmad along with Market president Firdous Ahmad asked public to be extra cautious and follow the SOPs, saying the new wave of coronavirus was “far more serious” in nature than the previous one.
“In the last few days, cases have resurged and this number is increasing, which is a cause of worry,” thay said stressing that the public has to play a vital role in fighting Covid-19.
They were also distributing masks among the follow and asking them to follow Covid appropriate behaviour in letter and Spirit. (PTK)
