JK Students Association condemns harassing and arrests of Kashmiri students outside state
Srinagar, (PTK): Jammu Kashmir Students Association (JKSA) Chairman Abrar Ahmad Bhat and Deputy Chairman Raqif Makdoomi has demanded immediate stop in the harrassing and arrests of Kashmiri students outside J-K.
Taking cognizance of the recent case of students returning back from Punjab, JKSA said: “Kashmiri students returning back is a serious matter. The Punjab administration seems to pay deaf ear towards this incident.”
“Instances like these will only add fuel to fire. Students from different parts of India are studying in Kashmir and we are very proud to say that they feel no insecurity here,” Bhat said.
“I hope the Punjab Government will soon take step to ensure safety and security of our students.”
